Step One
Collection
Aluminum and metal waste are collected from various sources, such as households, industries, and landfills.

Step Two
Sorting
The collected waste is sorted by type, size, and quality. Non-recyclable materials are removed and disposed of properly.

Step Three
Shredding
The recyclable aluminum and metal are shredded into small pieces to increase the surface area and facilitate melting.

Step Four
Melting
The shredded aluminum and metal are melted in furnaces at high temperatures. Different metals have different melting points and require different amounts of energy.

Casting
The molten metal is poured into molds or ingots to form new products, such as cans, bars, rods, or sheets.

Step Six
Distribution
The new products are cooled, packaged, and distributed to various markets for reuse.
