Aluminum Ingot Production
Aluminum ingots are made from aluminum scrap through a process of melting and casting. The scrap is first melted in a furnace at a temperature of around 1200 degrees Celsius. Once melted, the aluminum is poured into molds where it cools and solidifies into ingot form
Pioneer In Melting And Casting
Melting and casting are processes of transforming metal into desired shapes by heating it to a liquid state and pouring it into a mold. These processes have a long history that dates back to ancient times. According to some sources, the oldest known casting is a copper frog made in Mesopotamia around 3200 B.C.1
Scrap Recycling
As mentioned in the e-book, aluminum is the most commonly recycled nonferrous metal. Aluminum is recycled because it takes a lot less energy to recycle aluminum than it takes to extract aluminum from bauxite ore, which requires heating and electrolysis. In addition, aluminum readily forms an oxide that forms a protective surface.

Our Aluminum Ingot Production
Our company, which started production on a 600 square meter area in 2013, moved its new 6000 m2 facility,3000 m2 of which is closed, 3000 m2 of open area, in Heavy Industry Area.
In our facility, alloyed aluminum ingots are produced with rotary and reverberatory furnaces with a casting capacity of 10 tons in a single charge for businesses that make aluminum castings. All products processed in our business are guaranteed with all hazardous and non-hazardous recycling documents issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. Our company supplies raw materials domestic and abroad and has foreign import certificate.
